Alvina Ahmed is the 2024 Rising Expert on Defense. She is also a Nuclear Weapons Risk Reduction Fellow with the Nolan Center on Strategic Weapons with the Council on Strategic Risks and a Program Analyst with the US Department of the Navy. Her past publications have been featured with the Center for European Policy Analysis and in the New Atlanticist.
