Mr. Mapako is a CTBTO Research Fellow 2024-2025. Currently, a Masters Candidate at the University of Cape Town specializing in International Law. He holds an LLB Degree in International Law (Cum Laude) from Zhejiang Gongshang University. His research focuses on International Humanitarian Law vis-à-vis Non-International Armed Conflict, legal aspects of Arms Control, Nonproliferation, Disarmament, and the development of effective safeguards.
