Catherine Haslam is a PhD Student in the War Studies Department of King's College London and a Researcher at the Centre for Science and Security Studies (CSSS). Her research examines the ethical practice of open source intelligence (OSINT) in the age of big data. Catherine holds an MA in Intelligence and International Security from King’s College London and an MA (Hons) in Arabic and International Relations from the University of St Andrews. She has worked as an OSINT analyst for multiple sectors and as a parliamentary researcher and caseworker.
