PONI is hiring! We are currently looking for a Deputy Director and Fellow/Senior Fellow. The position will be in our DC office and will advance the core mission of PONI to develop the next generation of policy, technical, and operational nuclear professionals by fostering, sustaining, and convening a networked community of emerging experts prepared to meet the nuclear challenges of the future. The Deputy Director and Fellow/Senior Fellow will be responsible for daily managerial responsibilities for personnel management, budget oversight, fundraising, and grant and contract management. The Director will also look to the Deputy Director and Fellow/Senior Fellow to be an active contributor to major programmatic decisions, to be a key adviser and to actively support strategic planning for PONI. In addition, as Fellow/Senior Fellow in the International Security Program, the incumbent will serve as a subject matter expert and lead research initiatives.
