The final conference of the 2016-2017 PONI Conference Series will be held on March 16 at United States Strategic Command (STRATCOM), Offutt Air Force Base. The one-day conference will feature presentations from emerging nuclear experts covering topics such as nuclear policy in the 21st century, implications of new technologies, emerging nuclear challenges, and nuclear dynamics in Europe. The event will also include a keynote address from Gen. John E. Hyten, the current commander of USSTRATCOM. Conference presentations and keynote speakers are off-the-record.
