Rosemarie Frost

Rosemarie Frost is a Policy Analyst Associate for Scientific Applications International Cooperation (SAIC). She provides research and analysis of arms control policy, compliance, and implementation issues related to nuclear weapons in support of DoD’s Office of Strategic Deterrence and Compliance. In addition to focusing on the future arms control implications of emerging nuclear weapons technologies. Rosemarie graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Albany with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science.
